The amount of money to be borrowed depends on the future budget of starting up the company. Among the company’s requirements includes the cost of setting up the offices, salaries, stationery, furniture, and other office equipment, among others specified in the requirements section of the business. The profits that will be plowed will be shared in proportions to facilitate the debts obtained. Sixty percent of the total profits will be used to repay the loans till they are completely paid. The company’s owners and the shareholders will also provide other finances.
